ALL Flame!!
Here the call from the Holy Spirit to be "ALL flame." Do you know what means and are you willing for this to be so?

Earlier this week, I ran across a wonderful song from Carolyn Arends. It’s based in large part on the story from the desert fathers, who were monks in the early church.
I had one quibble with the song, that I’m quoting below:
I can but offer you an incomplete surrender…
Jesus calls us to a complete surrender, to be a living sacrifice so that we can become “ALL flame”. This isn’t for the Christian “superstars,” it’s for all who want to become like Jesus, regardless of the personal cost. I’m including the writing from the Desert Fathers, that Carolyn shares at the end of the song.
The story tells of a young desert monk named Abba Lot who came to the elder Abba Joseph. He listed his spiritual efforts, including his prayers, fasting, and meditations, and asked, “What more should I do?”.
A famous saying from the Desert Fathers – Paraphrased by The Orthodox Christian Way
In response, Abba Joseph stood up, stretched his hands toward heaven, and his fingers became like “ten lamps of fire.” He then said, “If you will, you can become all flame“.
